2018 World Day of Remembrance Feeder Ride

November 18, 2018 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In recognition of all of those who have lost their lives to road traffic, we’ll be setting up a feeder ride in solidarity with the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. A globally recognized day to advocate for road traffic injury prevention, South Brooklyn cyclists will meet up in front of Solidarity Space (our newest local community center) to join in a shared social ride to TransAlt’s and Families for Safe Street’s bigger rally at Brooklyn Borough Hall.

While the larger rally at Brooklyn Borough Hall begins at 1pm, we’ll be gathering noon to give us enough time to bike down to Downtown Brooklyn from Bay Ridge. Please arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand at Solidarity Space, located at 307 82nd St, right off of 3rd avenue. We will leave promptly at 12pm!

Cyclists of all ages and experience welcome!
